Overall, I think your service was pretty good. The product came in a condition as expected and it didn\'t take long to arrive. However, I think it would be great if I could track the product. Since the product was shipped as priority mail, I think the tracking feature would be available. I was informed of when it was shipped but I wasn\'t able to track it. Just a 2-cent from me!

although i ended up returning this bag, this bag was very well made and very nice. the only reason i returned this was because i felt like it was too small for me. i have a nikon d90 with an 18-200mm nikkor lens and i felt like trying to put that along with wires and charger and etc. was too much. i ended up upgrading to the 5 million dollar home which was just as nice but bigger. i am completely satisifed with the crumpler line of products and reccommend it to anyone.
